Arcade Gaming Australia in references to corporations, their services and products, honour the respected warranties that are claimed. For example, that of X-Gaming Inc as we honour their Lifetime Warranty on Parts.
Should the X-Arcade range of controllers become faulty, we will asses the nature of the fault and send out a free replacement part to be changed by the purchaser. If the X-Arcade controller cannot be fixed, we will replace the X-Arcade Controller (Dual, Solo or Trackball) with a refurbished controller with shipping at our expense. Within 30 days of your order at the expense of the customer, you may return all products in new condition with original packaging intact, if any modification or damage has occurred, the warranty is void. In no event shall Arcade Gaming Australia Pty Ltd be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information or products.
In the event that a product has arrived DOA we will upon investigation of the returned product determine whether or not a refund shall be granted at out own discretion dependent upon the conclusion of the investigation. 1940 -1 jamma boards have a 6 month return to base warranty. New arcade machines carry a 12 month ‘Return to Base Warranty’. All return shipping costs incurred (to and from) will be at the buyers expense. Retro Mame Tables that are not shut down according to instruction booklet given with machine, void the warranty associated with that machine. Machines must be shut down using the shutdown sequence using the player 2 icon and not by using the power button.
Due to factors beyond our control Arcade Gaming Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any damages in transit once the article/s have left our premises. Insurance can be taken out at the additional expense of the customer.
